Poppy

Poppy is a custom Donkey painted by DeeAnn Kjelshus.

I'd like to introduce "Poppy"! Poppy started life as an OF resin donkey I have had this donkey with me for almost 30 years planning to paint her and have long since forgotten the name of the company that produced her. But she is now is considered a Custom. She has been painted into a cute spotted donkey with beautiful eyes that peer right into your soul. She was painted using artist- grade oils, with artist- grade acrylics and colored pencils for whites and details. Of course Poppy needed a flower crown. She can't quite stay out of mischief though and has plucked a flower for herself to munch on. She's a delightful little donkey full of personality. Poppy comes with her beautiful removable dried flower crown, as well as an extra flower for her to munch on. Also included is her realistic base with sand, rocks and grassy bed. - She measures 4 X 5 X 3.5 inches and is about a a large classic or small Traditional scale Donkey. She was completed in November of 2023.
