A custom Breyer PAM by DeeAnn Kjelshus

I'm pleased to bring you my latest custom. This is a Breyer Traditional PAM. She is a simple repaint only. I wanted to challenge myself to make her as detailed as possible without any customizing. So her seams etc have been sanded and she's been prepped really well before I painted her into a dappled chestnut flaxen mare using Acrylics and pastels. A protective sealant was applied between layers as well as several coats at the end to protect her finish and finally gloss on her eyes. I tried to give her as much detail as possible and also a healthy shiny coat. Her hooves, genitals, ears and chestnuts are all painted with detail and depth to look sculpted. She has a detailed mane and tail and a refined detailed head. Completed in Feb. 2022.
