This is the curio scale "Majoriffic" Resin. Finished by DeeAnn Kjelshus. This Gelding is a favorite of mine. I've finished 2 others in the past, both of those were appies so I decided to do a solid color this time. As I was painting this guy all I could think about was chocolate, it gave me such cravings! LOL! Really, his color is rich, smooth and deep and very delicious looking. I've left his markings and hooves unfinished for YOU the buyer to decide upon. Simple leg and facial markings are included in his price. You may choose to leave him as is, or send me photos of the markings you desire and I will finish the piece, and his hooves and send him to you once complete. If you are interested in a Paint or Appy, or even wilder leg/facial markings, I will consider SIMPLE markings to add to him. Pinto/Appy markings will be extra and take extra time. If you are interested please send me a photo for a quote.
He was meticulously prepped by a professional prepping service. He was painted in Pastels. between each layer I spray TWO protective coats of finish. One, is a Krylon Crystal Clear, and the second is Testors Dull Coat. So by the time the piece is complete the coat is completely protected. I use matte finish on tips of ears, and mane/tail tips to protect those. He is completely finished when I add a clear shine over his eyes, and nostrils (and hooves once complete). Completed October 2009. Mediums used: Acrylics and Pastels.

I've left the white markings off this guy to allow you to customize him, so to speak. Simple white leg and facial markings will be included in his base price. (markings above the hocks/knee and more than simple facial markins may be extra - see below) Send me a photo and I'll complete him with the markings of your choice! (note hooves are unfinished now, but will be completed once markings are chosen)
